A 4x4 and Offroad Skills Challenge of EPIC Proportions!

This is a 3 day event held in the Tillamook State Forest (Browns Camp OHV). Designed to test even the most experienced outdoorsmen and wheeler. 

Do You & Your Mates Have What It Takes???? 

Two Vehicles, 4 Person Teams:

You will be summoned to compete in a set of navigational tasks leading you to several checkpoints along the way. At these checkpoints you will be tested! At the higest Level, based on the following

1. Winching and Recovery
2. First Aid
3. Spotter and Driver Skill
4. Vehicle Build Quality & Capability
5. Repair Wisdom
6. Preparedness
7. Safety
8. Team Cohesiveness
9. Team Communications
10. Geographicial And Map Based Skill sets
11. Mental & Physical Ability
12. Appropriate Bribery 

You will be scored accordingly!

The event starts friday night at the event registration/check in tent (Browns camp group site) Be Prepared!!! You could be out of and away from camp for a LONG TIME. 

After Friday and Saturdays challenge series(s)  conclude; the staff will tally, score, and compare the totals from each team that completes the course and turns in a score card in the alloted time. This is NOT A RACE! Speed of completion will not matter. 25mph on gravel roads within the TSF. The 4 teams with the highest score will then be invited to fill our slots for the finals competition held on Sunday morning. The points reset, and we do a final set of challenges to decide the victors. Expect this challenge, to be the base of the iceburg that nobody has seen or talked about to this point of the weekend. You will have to Dig Deep. 

The winners of Sundays finals take home the trophies and ALL the Bragging Rights!

Driver & Vehicle Requirements

~Must be 18 years of age or older to Compete

~Proof of Liability Insurance

~There may be Highway Miles (however minimal) be prepared to follow all laws in place. IT'S ON YOU!!!

~Driver’s License

~Battery tie down, no bungee cords or ratchet straps

~Valid/Current Oregon OHV Permit

~Hard top or Roll bars

~Tow points front and rear

~Seatbelts / Harnesses

~Working Fire extinguisher or a gallon of water, shovel

~First aid kit

~Winch (Operational)

~Working headlamps, tail and brake lights

~Minimum tire size: 33”

~Tree Saver / recovery gear

~Vehicle must be no wider than 96” (This is the course cone width and may affect your vehicle’s ability to navigate the course)

~There will be a safety inspection before vehicles are allowed on the course.

~Strongly Recommended Items:~

~Helmets during checkpoints and obstacles

~Compass / GPS / Navigational items

~Lockers F&R

~Extra gas on vehicle

~Be prepared to be on trail and away from camp for extended periods of time. Food, drink, and Fuel may become critical.
